"I wasn't always the size I was. When I was younger I was in great shape, but as I got older I prioritized many things over my health. With my job changing, I didn't think about changing my diet or lifestyle. Eventually that caught up to me and before I knew it I was tipping the scales at 300lb. Finally decided it was time to put it back at the top and with Jakes help and motivation, we did it. I'm happy with what I have achieved, but there are still some goals that need to be reached.
